If your notarization requires more than two signers or if you are in different locations, follow the steps below:
1. Have the first signer start their own meeting through Notarize.
2. Once the first signer has notarized their document, download and send the notarized document to the second signer.
3. The second signer can then upload the notarized document and proceed through the notarization process in a separate meeting. Repeat step three based on the number of signers required for your notarization.
4. After everyone has signed, you'll have one notarized document with multiple seals.
